Founded in 2014, ROOH Productions is the independent creative studio of James Vegter — a development and production platform dedicated to original intellectual property across film, television, publishing and music.

Through ROOH, James writes, produces and directs cinematic projects that combine cultural depth, cross-border collaboration and artistic innovation. The studio operates as the creative engine behind his feature film development, book publishing, music composition and research-driven storytelling.

Over the past decade, ROOH Productions has developed screenplays, feature film concepts, documentaries, poetry, songs, historical research, children’s books and educational content — building story worlds that move fluidly between screen, page and sound.

• Writing & IP Development — Feature screenplays, long-form concepts, poetry, lyrics, historical research, children’s literature and multi-volume publishing projects in development.
